All of our weight lifting belts come in a 4" width, for the perfect amount of intra-abdominal pressure, and feature a tapered design that helps it so the barbell doesn't interfere with the belt when lifting.

I like that the material of the belt doesn’t dig into your skin painfully while wearing it. Easy to put on. Grey color was perfect. Will be getting on another color or two for sure
